What does 'net payout' mean?
The dollars deposited to your bank after Premier's platform fee is deducted and refunds are netted out. Freight you pass through to the buyer flows to you at cost and is not fee-bearing.
When are funds released?
Within roughly 24 hours of verified delivery. Consignment settlements follow the same delivery-based release, then the consignor's share is disbursed per your consignment agreement.
Does Premier deduct card processing from my payout?
No. Card processing is absorbed by the buyer surcharge in the standard flow. The Stripe reference figure shown is for transparency — some custom workflows (chargebacks, manual invoices) can deduct it separately.
How do refunds affect my payout?
Refunds reduce the fee base before the platform fee is calculated. If you refund after payout, the amount is deducted from your available seller balance; if the balance is negative, Premier will invoice or debit per your seller agreement.
