This Privacy Policy explains how Premier Holdings LLC, doing business as Premier Natural Stone Auctions (“Premier,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with our websites, applications, auction services, marketplace, memberships, seller services, and related communications.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to information processed through the Services. It does not control the independent privacy practices of buyers, sellers, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, identity-verification vendors, or linked third-party websites.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
Account and identity information
- Name, username, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and account credentials;
- Date of birth, identity document information, business registration, ownership or beneficial-owner information, licenses, tax forms, and taxpayer identification information when verification is required;
- Profile image, company name, job title, business type, and seller qualifications.
Transaction and marketplace information
- Listings, descriptions, photographs, documents, bids, proxy-bid information, watchlists, purchases, sales, memberships, fees, premiums, commissions, refunds, disputes, payout status, and transaction history;
- Pickup, delivery, freight, carrier, bill-of-lading, scheduling, and fulfillment information;
- Communications between users and communications with support or administrators.
Payment and financial information
Payment providers may collect payment-card, bank-account, wallet, identity, and payout information. We generally receive tokens, identifiers, limited account details, payment status, fraud signals, and transaction records rather than full card numbers.
Device, usage, and technical information
- IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, language, time zone, referring pages, pages viewed, searches, clicks, session activity, crash data, and approximate location derived from IP;
- Cookie, local-storage, analytics, attribution, and security information.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from:
- Authentication providers such as Google;
- Payment, identity, fraud, analytics, hosting, email, support, tax, and logistics providers;
- Buyers, sellers, carriers, business partners, public records, and legally available sources;
- Referrals, marketing partners, or social platforms when you choose to interact through them.
3. How We Use Information

- Verify identity, business authority, title, tax status, and seller eligibility;
- Operate listings, auctions, proxy bids, Buy It Now transactions, watchlists, orders, payments, payouts, refunds, disputes, pickup, and freight coordination;
- Calculate and collect fees, premiums, commissions, subscriptions, taxes, and other amounts;
- Prevent fraud, shill bidding, account takeover, money laundering, abuse, security incidents, and prohibited conduct;
- Communicate transactional, security, support, operational, and marketing messages;
- Review, moderate, approve, rank, display, promote, or remove listings;
- Provide analytics, dashboards, recommendations, search, and platform improvements;
- Enforce agreements, resolve disputes, collect amounts owed, and protect legal rights;
- Comply with tax, accounting, court, law-enforcement, sanctions, recordkeeping, and regulatory obligations;
- Create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.

Other marketplace users
Information necessary to evaluate a listing, establish trust, complete an order, communicate, schedule pickup, arrange freight, document delivery, or resolve a dispute may be shared between the applicable buyer and seller.
Private pickup addresses should not be publicly displayed and are disclosed only when reasonably necessary for an authorized transaction or administration.
Service providers
We may use vendors for hosting, databases, authentication, payments, payouts, identity verification, fraud prevention, analytics, communications, customer support, tax, accounting, storage, security, and logistics.
Payment and financial partners
We may disclose information to payment processors, financial institutions, card networks, payout providers, tax providers, and fraud-prevention partners.
Legal, safety, and enforcement purposes
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, court process, lawful requests, tax obligations, protect users, investigate fraud, enforce agreements, or defend legal claims.
Business transfers
Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, asset sale, or similar transaction.
With consent or direction
We may disclose information when you authorize or direct us to do so.

- Maintaining accounts and transactions;
- Completing payments, payouts, refunds, freight, and disputes;
- Tax, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, security, and recordkeeping requirements;
- Enforcing agreements and resolving claims;
- Maintaining auction and transaction integrity.
Retention periods vary by record type. We may retain certain transaction, audit, tax, dispute, and fraud records after account closure when legally permitted or required.
We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you.
8. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These may include access controls, encryption in transit, restricted storage, logging, monitoring, authentication, and vendor controls.
No system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your password and devices and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized activity.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information;
- Access or obtain a copy of personal information;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete certain information;
- Obtain a portable copy;

- Limit certain sensitive-personal-information processing;
- Appeal a denied privacy request;
- Receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
Some information may be exempt, and we may retain information needed for transactions, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or claims.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
10. Marketing Communications
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or your account preferences. You may still receive essential transactional, legal, security, payment, listing, auction, and account communications.
Text-message preferences may be managed through the instructions in the message or account settings, where available.
11. Children and Minors
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Accounts, bids, purchases, and seller activity are limited to users who meet the minimum age stated in our Terms. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact info@premierstoneauctions.com.
12. State-Specific Privacy Information
If an applicable U.S. state privacy law covers our business and your information, we will provide and honor the rights required by that law.
The categories of information we may collect are described in Section 2, the sources are described in Sections 2 and 4, the purposes are described in Section 3, and the categories of recipients are described in Section 4.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than providing, securing, verifying, and complying with the Services unless we provide any legally required notice and choice.
13. International Users
The Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ.
International access or transactions may be restricted unless expressly supported.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links or integrations controlled by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party privacy, security, availability, or content.
